Marge's Salmon Pie..warmer

Have been busy editing the new book and so thank-goodness for "archives" Sharing this recipe that I first posted last April........It is in our cookbook too along with dozens of other 'down-home' good recipes! Check out our Facebook page For a special offer on the cookbook and apron set, for a limited time! www.facebook.com/jonquiljunction
This lady's daughter and I were early goat owners together, what adventures we had!, and we both still own goats,, which incidentally is what the above mentioned new book is about, stay
tuned for details about that in the coming weeks!

This recipe comes from one of my favorite persons. Sad to say she's already been gone 16 years. She was a wonderful wife and mother of 10 children. She told me once when she'd been married for a few months with no child on the way, she thought she'd never have a family. And her husband said he thought 1 child would be nice!!!!!

Marge's Salmon Pie (makes 2)
5 large potatoes, cut up and boiled
1 med. onion, chopped
1 can, 15 oz. salmon and juice, remove any large bones

Combine these 3 with salt, & pepper, to taste and 1/4 cup margarine and little milk.
Beat with mixer, should resemble mashed potatoes, add more milk ONLY if needed.
Make pie crust for  2 pies and put in filling.
Bake   at 375*  until crust is done, about 45 minutes.
