Rocky Road Brownie Cake...Foggy...49*

1/2 cup butter plus 1/4 cup margarine
1 cup brown sugar
1 + 3/4 cup flour
1 + 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
2 eggs
1 + 1/4 cup thick yogurt (drain yogurt thru coffee filter for 1 hr. to
remove some whey)
1/4 cup chocolate chips
12 tablespoons marshmallow cream
1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Cream butters and sugar together. Add eggs and beat. Sift all dry
ingredients together and add half to batter. Beat. Add yogurt, beat
and then add rest of the dry. Batter will be very thick. Spread in a
greased 9"x11" pan. Sprinkle choc. chips on top and bake at 350* about
30 minutes. Be careful not to over-bake. Remove from oven and dollop
spoonfulls of marshmallow over top. Spread with knife, some of the
choc. chips will blend in with marshmallow to make swirls. Sprinkle
with chopped nuts.
