Farm adventures...Cloudy and chilly!
We've been peeking at Peeps! Remember the ugly hen I let sit a few weeks back?
Read that post HERE she just hatched a couple of cute chicks, it may have been warm three weeks ago when she decided to go 'broody' but now it feels more like March than it did back when she started sitting!
This hen did a fine job, and even though she's no beauty queen, she's proved herself a good mother.
Guess I better see about building that bigger cage :)
